The Town Office is staffed by two full time employees and 1 part time employee.
Toni R. Dyer serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Board of Selectmen, Town Clerk, General Assistance Administrator, Office Supervisor and Registrar of Voters. She is also the Deputy Tax Collector and Deputy Treasurer.
Toni began working for the Town in November of 2014. She was appointed Administrative Assistant in March of 2016. She was raised in Hancock and has a deep family history here. She is a notary public and a former member of the Planning Board. She also served in the United States Army for 9 years, to include a tour in Iraq in 2009-2010.
Diane Lounder Simmons is the Town's full time Treasurer and Tax Collector. She serves as the Deputy Town Clerk when needed. She is the daughter of Bing and Lillian Lounder. Diane grew up in Hancock and attended Hancock Grammar School. She has spent many years in Southern Maine raising her son, Alex. In March of 2019, she became a grandmother to baby D.J. (Donald James).
Carol Marshall is a part time Deputy Clerk, Deputy Tax Collector, and Deputy Treasurer. Carol is the face you'll see at the counter. Carol is the mother-in-law of former Selectman, Danny Hodgkins. Carol is married with 2 children. Her husband was in the service for many years. During this time, he and Carol traveled all over. Carol is outgoing and enjoys getting out and about and experiencing new things. Carol is also a grandmother.
